Covid Refund Policies – Valid from May 17th, 2021

We know that COVID-19 has made traveling even more adventurous than it used to be. Regulations may change any minute, new outbreaks may happen. Nevertheless we want to give you the opportunity to travel with us. We also want you to feel confident in signing up with us. Therefore we have revised our cancellation and refund policy for new bookings after May 17th, 2021.

 

Cancellation

In case we have to cancel the event due to COVID-19 we offer you the following:

A full payment credit valid for 2 years to any of our trips, including the trip you booked
or we’ll issue you a full refund for the amount paid.

 

Travel Restrictions

If you are unable to attend because of travel restrictions in your country or entry restrictions in a destination country due to your country of origin, we’ll offer the full payment credit valid for 2 years but no refund.

 

Travel Documents, Immunity Certificates etc.

To enter certain countries you will be required to show an immunity certificate, a proof of vaccination, health insurance also covering a COVID-19 infection or other COVID-19- related documents. Obtaining these documents before the rally is your responsibility. If you are unable to provide these documents and will not be able to travel for this reason, we will not be able to provide you with a refund.

 

Quarantine and other Safety Measures

In certain countries you might be required to quarantine upon arrival and you might be required to quarantine upon your return to your home country. These regulations can change frequently, but are likely to be a part of travel for a while. If you decide that you do not want to comply with these regulations and/or can’t fit them in your schedule, we will not issue a refund.

 

Refund entitlement

Once you agree to a payment credit for one of our rallies, you are not entitled to a refund of your entry fee anymore.
